Principal, Melaini Lewis has been working in the film & tv industry for 19 years and specialising in accommodation for 17 years.

Melaini & her team enjoy the challenge of matching clients with fabulous properties for the duration of their stay and understand the importance of a 'home' while working hard on their project or event.

Melaini holds a full Real Estate Licence as well as being a member of the Property Management Chapter of REIQ (Real Estate Institute Qld) and has excellent contacts within a vast network of real estate agents.

Cast & Crew Accommodation is now a subsidiary of Get Real Estate Pty Ltd, a fully licenced real estate agency that offers Property Management and Sales services as well as on-line advertising opportunities via getrented.com for landlords, accommodation houses and tenants.

The team at Cast & Crew Accom, are particularly aware of the special needs and sometimes extraordinary circumstances that can arise in the film and entertainment industry. We ensure confidentiality at all times and will also make sure any employee or contractors who work on our behalf do the same.

We do all the leg work for you including sourcing, photographing, negotiating, leasing and a personal viewing service where cast or crew are taken on a private accommodation recce by our team to view their shortlisted options.

The team can arrange any additional services required including furniture hire, nannies, linen, cleaners, drivers & personal assistants/trainers as well as assistance with connection and disconnection of utilities such as electricity, gas, cable tv, internet, phones and much more.

We can perform feasibility studies and accommodation costings for projects or events in the planning or pre-production stages.

Our services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week on a full time or casual contracting basis as well as consultancy option.
